Vitamin B7 commonly referred to as biotin is a key vitamin within the Vitamin B-complex group. It has a number of benefits for the body, including supporting the protection of normal hair, mucosa, and skin, supporting normal nervous system, and the metabolism of macronutrients.

Directions: The recommended dosage is 1 capsule daily as dietary supplement for children aged over 11 and adults. Capsules should be swallowed with sufficient amount of water without crushing or chewing.
