All orders are subject to product availability at time of order confirmation. If for some reason an item is not available in stock at the time you placed your order, we shall notify you accordingly and process your refund for the relevant amount paid via your original payment method.

Delivery location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery in Mauritius only.

Delivery time

All orders are delivered between 3-5 working days after order confirmation; force majeure or exceptional circumstances are excluded. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery cost

• Delivery is free of charge for orders over Rs 1,500.
• A standard delivery charge of Rs 200 will be applied to all orders below Rs 1,500.

We offer free delivery to the following towns in Plaine Wilhems, Moka and Port Louis. Insert your postal code for delivery eligibility.

Damaged in transport

If there is any damage to the product packaging on delivery, you must inform us immediately by email on sales@vitalpharma.mu including photos.
