Our bodies are able to make most of the fats we need, except Omega-3 fatty acids. When it comes to these essential fats, we can get them from Omega-3 foods and/or supplements which contributes to the normal function of the heart. There are two structural forms of fish oils as “ethyl ester” and “triglyceride”. Triglyceride forms are the natural forms, thus their absorption and bioavailability are higher than ethyl ester forms. Zade Vital® Premium Omega 3 Fish Oil Series are developed in triglyceride form for better quality.

The raw materials used for Zade Vital® Omega 3 Fish Oil products are derived from Norwegian north deep sea fishes with high production standards. Our fish oil is free from heavy toxic elements such as arsenic, lead and mercury.

Directions: Suggested dosage is 1 to 3 capsule daily as dietary supplement for children aged over 11 and adults. Capsules should be swallowed with sufficient amount of water without crushing or chewing.

Taking 1 capsule of Zade Vital Premium Omega 3 Forte yields 730 mg EPA+DHA intake. DHA and EPA help maintain the normal serum triglyceride levels. Its favorable effect is achieved by the intake of 2 grams of EPA and DHA per day. Taking 3 capsules of Zade Vital Premium Omega 3 Forte yields to 2190 mg EPA+DHA intake. The additional daily intake of EPA and DHA should not exceed 5 grams.
